Mayor Rick Baker should reappoint two St. Petersburg Housing Authority commissioners, according to CEO Darrell Irions. Irions wrote to Baker last week to recommend Commissioner Lorraine Perry, a resident of Clearview Park Apartments, and Board Chairman Harry Harvey for additional four-year terms. Baker met with Irions on Nov. 4 to discuss the board's makeup. The board is in the midst of its controversial sale of the Graham-Rogall housing complex and resident relocation process. Cristina Silv
