Olius

Olius provides a heaven like experience with a combination of color and décor. The walls are skillfully painted with light- color and a white piano with candelabra stands in the corner.

The restaurant as a whole seats 45- 50 people. For greater intimacy you could book the separate dining room, with room for six people.
Cuisine is mostly Russian, including hot meat dishes baked in a bowl with tomato and sour- cream sauce. Among the fish dishes the White Sturgeon under Beshamel Sauce is particularly noteworthy.

The restaurant plays host to regular entertainments such as magic shows or Gypsy bands. Live music can satisfy any taste: Russian romances, classical music, Russian and International pop music.

Young piglets, stuffed pike fish, anniversary cakes and "karavai" (traditional Russian round bread) on the nicely set tables creates a feeling of a great holiday in true Russian tradition. There is a great assortment of poultry and fish gastronomy; various appetizers; range of vegetables; stuffed, baked, fried dishes, hot dishes; deserts and fresh fruits. Restaurant Olius also provides catering services for International Exhibitions in France, catering for business conferences, forums, and VIP- guests.
